During your first two visits you can expect a thorough examination and assessment. This will help our chiropractors effectively tailor an approach suited for you. Therefore, ensuring efficient care to help you meet your health goals as quickly as possible.

EXAMINATION

Meet with one of our Chiropractors for a thorough health history, full spinal and nervous system exam, postural assessment, thermography scans and referral for spinal X-rays (If needed).

Recommendations

We will discuss your findings with you and give you our best personalised recommendations and care to ensure you are meeting your health goals as quickly as possible.

Adjustment

Our Bundall Chiropractors utilise a great variety of techniques. Our promise is to be efficient and effective with the tailored approach to suit you.

TECHNIQUES

SACRO-OCCIPITAL TECHNIQUE (SOT)

This is a very low force technique used to relax the body and is often utilised prior to other adjustments or treatments. Blocks or wedges are placed at different positions under the pelvis for several minutes to help re-position the pelvic bones. This technique is also used for Cranial corrections.

Activator

A hand held adjusting instrument that delivers a gentle impulse to the subluxated areas of the spine.

Manual Diversified

An adjusting technique similar to Gonstead that involves precise, gentle hands on thrust to restore spinal and nervous system function.

Thompson Drop Table

This is a highly specialised adjusting table. It has sections designed to drop very slightly to facilitate the correction of spinal dysfunctions, affecting the nervous system.

NEURO EMOTIONAL TECHNIQUE (NET)

Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) is an approach used to identify and help you let go of ‘stuck’ mind-body stress patterns. When our body fails to ‘let go’ of these responses we can find ourselves with unexplained aversions, self-sabotaging behaviours, destructive beliefs, phobias and many chronic physical problems.

TOTAL BODY MODIFICATION (TBM)

Uses Kinesiology muscle testing and body points to access and correct impairments to bodily function.

APPLIED KINESIOLOGY (AK)

Consists of muscle testing to determine nerve interference, structural correction, nutrition, organ therapy. We use muscle testing extensively in our services at Bundall Chiropractic.

NEURO INTEGRATION SYSTEM (NIS)

Similar to TBM, and commonly known as Neurolink, NIS is used to assess and correct underlying health issues.

FUNCTIONAL NEUROLOGY (FN)

FN is advanced brain and nervous system assessment and correction.

EPSLEY MANOEUVRE

Can be of assistance in cases of dizziness and vertigo such as Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo. Thorough care and assessment is performed before performing this technique.

CRANIAL AND JAW DISFUNCTION (TMJ)

Cranial adjustments restore the bone alignment of the head and face through gentle pressure. This allows for proper blood, nerve and Cerebral Spinal Fluid (CSF) flow to the brain.

LIP AND TONGUE-TIE CARE (Pre & Post Surgery)

We are skilled in detecting and assessing tongue and lip tie in infants and young children. The restriction of the motion of the tongue and position of lips, can have significant impact on successful breast feeding, speech, swallowing and breathing,

PELVIC BALANCING

Pelvic Balancing helps facilitate the mothers pelvic alignment to balance pelvic muscles and ligaments. This helps to reduce tension on the uterus, and may offer greater potential for optimum fetal position and ease during labour.
